A 28-room boutique hotel in central Tirana, in a 1938 rationalist Italian-style building. Its own about page states the building housed the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for over 40 years under communism, returned to the Kotoni family in 1991, was renovated in 1992 as a business centre, then comprehensively renovated in 2010-2011 into the current hotel. It has "28 deluxe double rooms and suites spread in four floors", two conference rooms, and a two-floor restaurant.
